An Internship at the Intersection of Consciousness, Creativity, and Contribution
The Lightweavers Program is a unique internship experience offered by Radiant Field for those who feel called to serve a greater vision—from the inside out. It’s an invitation to bring your skills, creativity, and sincerity into harmony with a mission that transcends personal gain: the upliftment of planetary consciousness through Light.

This program is for those who sense that their work—from mundane to magical—can be sacred. Who know that technology, design, and service—when rooted in presence—can become vessels for transformation. As a Lightweaver, you’ll contribute meaningfully to Radiant Field projects while deepening your own alignment, clarity, and joy.

Whether you’re shaping a digital experience, crafting stories that inspire, or building conscious AI tools, your work will be part of a larger movement toward a more luminous world.

Program Design
The Lightweavers Program is designed as a 10–12 week journey of contribution and inner alignment. The experience is spacious, yet intentional—providing enough structure to support clarity, while leaving room for creativity and emergence.

Phases of the Program:
Orientation & Immersion (Weeks 1 – 3)
Interns begin by immersing themselves in Radiant Field’s vision, values, and the ecosystem of their chosen project area. This period includes guided exploration, connection with a mentor, and review of related materials.

Proposal & Weekly Roadmap
By the end of Week 3, each intern creates a personal project proposal. This includes a roadmap outlining their goals, approach, and timeline for the rest of the internship.

Project Implementation & Mentorship (Weeks 4–11)
Interns bring their projects to life with support from a dedicated mentor. Weekly check-ins offer space for feedback, reflection, and recalibration as needed. The process emphasizes self-direction, integrity, and co-creation.

Final Sharing & Integration (Week 12)
The final week is a time to present the completed project and share reflections with the Radiant Field community. This includes both the tangible outcomes and the personal insights gained along the way.

Outcomes

By the end of the internship, participants will have:

• Brought a meaningful project to life—one that serves the Radiant Field community and expresses their unique gifts
• Gained hands-on experience in creative collaboration, project design, and conscious implementation
• Deepened their self-awareness and presence through a process rooted in intention, reflection, and service
• Built authentic connections with mentors and a global community aligned with Light and transformation
• Explored new tools and technologies (including AI, design, or media) in ways that honor both innovation and soul

This experience is an invitation to grow while giving—to express yourself and to help shape a world more resonant with truth, harmony, and Light.

Light Community Building & Engagement Intern

Location: Remote | Duration: 10–12 weeks | Start Date: Flexible
Compensation: Unpaid

We are seeking a bright, intuitive, and socially adept intern to support the growing and nurturing of a well-knit Radiant Field community of light emanators, requestors and more. Modeled on the teachings and essence of Suresh Ramaswamy, a spiritual teacher and consciousness guide, this community radiates light for the wellbeing of all in the world.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a meaningful and transformative community-building project at the intersection of sociology, spirituality, and service design.

Responsibilities:
Develop a structured approach to onboarding visitors to Radiant field digital channels (website, YouTube, etc.) as well as in-person gatherings (retreats, talks) in an engaging and spiritually aligned manner.
Define criteria for user journeys, based on the energetic and linguistic integrity of Suresh’s teachings and the Radiant field strategy documents.
Run user engagement analyses on multiple channels and work with the Radiant field core team to evaluate their efficacy, conversational quality, and vibrational resonance.
Provide detailed reports and improvement recommendations to enhance user engagement and support spiritual growth across the Radiant Field omnichannel.
Optionally assist with light user engagement and feedback collection from users.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A background or strong interest in community, psychology, and human interaction.
An openness to spiritual and metaphysical concepts.
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
A desire to explore how conscious communities can uplift humanity.
